Description:
0105 (registration 20077603, pictured here) is a classic O C C bred female: moderate framed, easy fleshing, excellent uddered, and ranks in the top 5% of the Angus breed for calving ease and PAP.

Her sire is O C C Linebred 661L. Linebred has the famous Dixie Erica of C H 1019 cow as his great-granddam ALL FOUR TIMES, DHD Traveler 6807 as his great-grandsire three of four times, and Basin Rainmaker 654X as his final great-grandsire.

Her dam, Thomas Lady Jet 2672, is our all-time record holder for embryo production, making 35 grade 1 embryos in a single flush.

She produced the featured studs, Balance 6899 and Pilot 998, and continued in production when she was sold as a 12 year old bred cow to another registered program in Kansas.

CG Calving Ease 0105 is bred to CG Kingpin 1033, due to have a heifer calf on November 3.

Kingpin holds the record as our shortest gestation calf ever born here, being born 21 days early at a modest 76 lbs. He went on to be the heaviest actual weaning weight of the 2021 calf crop at Christensen Genetics.

Kingpin ranks in the top 1% of the Angus breed for growth with a a WW of 102 and a YW of 175, while still being better than breed average for calving ease.
