I breakawayed and cut on his mom and she was a great athlete. His papers speak for themselves in the performance horse world. There isn’t much I haven’t done on him, he’s been a million miles outside, drug hundreds of calves to the fire, packed elk, head and heeled on him when he was younger, rode in several parades with kids, taken to school for show and tell, picked up bucking horses, I put all the green riders on him and he’s even been ridden English and jumped a little. He’s just such a safe quiet gelding on the trail I wouldn’t hesitate to put anyone on him. I’ve won over $5k skijoring on him, he is quick off the line and can really run, with above average speed. He is very broke and light with a lot of shoulder control and other buttons. He could be finished in the barrels in 30 days or whatever else you decide to do. He would be real competitive in breed shows in the ranch riding and trail course. Not to mention he’s absolutely gorgeous! He’s 15.1 and a lot of muscle, so a great size for just about anything. Call me with any questions. I have hundreds of pictures throughout his life and can tell you about every hair out of place. He only has two scars on his whole body, one from a superficial cut on the side of the left leg and one on his right heel. He’s never taken a lame step his whole life and I’ve done zero maintenance on him. He’s good to shoe, haul, catch, wash and anything else you would expect from a good gelding.
