Description:
Hargis Feeders is a family owned and operated cattle operation in Greenfield MO, with a starter/feedlot side and a commercial cow calf operation. We are currently looking for a individual with substantial farming /ranching experience. This is not a horse back position. Duties include but not limited to fence repair, cattle processing, cattle feeding, general maintenance and mechanic repair, haying, general equipment operating, brush hogging. Must be able to lift 70# frequently. Semi truck driving or mechanic abilities are plus. Must have a valid drivers license and able to pass drug test at any given time. Need to be self starter and willing to work on his/her own and oversee daily operations. As stated at beggining we are a family owned and operated, this is not lawyer, doctor, or cooperation funded ranch by outside wealthy individuals, we work beside our employees everyday. This is a high pace environment and lazy time burners will not last . Pay is tbd on experience and performance, housing is included as well as a work truck, one week paid vacation after one year employment, as well as half a beef a year.
