Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team on a 1.2-million-acre ranch and farm in rural Nevada. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical expertise, and communication skills.



Responsibilities:

- Work with diverse shop crew.

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on a wide range of equipment, including pickups, heavy equipment such as John Deere tractors.

- Basic understanding of the mechanics of wells, pivots, and wheel lines.

- Help to maintain our stock wells and tanks is a top priority.

- Implement and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.



Requirements:

- Proven experience as a mechanic with extensive knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills.
