Prefer to stay in Montana/North Dakota/ Wyoming areas. What I am looking for: Solid, good communication Honesty Safe, livable housing Opportunity for growth No drama No excessive drinking Safe family environment that values time with family I don’t require new or the best equipment but I do prefer somewhere that takes care of their own equipment. I treat everything as if it were my own, clean, regular maintenance etc. Work smarter, not harder. I try to avoid breaking things at all costs, I’m looking for somewhere like minded. No cowboy outfits (that means little to no horseback, I do NOT ride but my wife will and can if needed) ATV/UTV use, I do not ride. I am not opposed to outfits that use both though. I do not mind feedlots if housing is provided and it’s understood that I do not ride. My qualifications: Over 3 years of experience working on cattle ranches in various states. Over 10 years of experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment, I haven’t come across a piece of machinery that I haven’t been able to operate. Proficient in maintaining infrastructure, with several years of experience in carpentry, electrical, etc. Problem solver, if I run across an issue I like to safely and efficiently find the best solution. Extensive experience with water lines, both above and underground. Irrigation Haying Hauling Fencing Winter feeding Branding, calving, doctoring, gathering, sorting, AI, shipping etc. BQA certified Equipment maintenance Infrastructure I can operate and maintain Semis and (I do not currently have my CDL though) Meticulous record keeping Work well unsupervised, alone and/or with others Communicate well Timely and efficient in the workplace Clean background, driving record No drugs, no drinking I am a dedicated, hard working family man that is looking for a permanent place to make our home. My family is conservative, no drinking, no drugs, no drama. I do need at least a 3bdrm for housing, would prefer somewhere that would allow us to raise some of our own smaller animals. Good community, my kids enjoy 4H so that would also be a plus. We currently have a gelding, 3 dogs and cats that will be accompanying us. Our animals are all current on vaccinations, well trained and not aggressive or destructive. My wife is able to work as/when needed also and brings just as much experience with livestock. She does NOT require to be working but the option is there if someone is looking for a second part timer. Again, we are looking for a long term place to call home.
