The Buckhorn is a scenic desert ranch, located 15 miles east of Wickenburg, Arizona. The ranch is

accessed by county maintained Constellation Rd and comprises Bureau of Land Management permit, Arizona State grazing lease and 359 +/- deeded acres, totalling permitted animal units of 251 cows and 5 horses and covers approximately 20,686 +/- acres of prime sonoran desert grazing land.

The ranch is perimeter fenced and in good repair. An extensive set of working corrals has just been recently constructed on deeded land. The working corrals are welded steel heavy duty panel construction and are sufficient to work large numbers of cattle.

With several good seasons of rain this ranch is in prime condition to be stocked with cattle. The feed is plentiful and strong developed spring water and adequate working facilities make this ranch a desirable addition to any working cattlemans operation.

WATER: There are multiple developed springs and wells throughout the permitted land. The wells

that have pumps in use are equipped with solar and have water storage and drinkers. There are also many reliable year round springs which have storage tanks and drinkers. The deeded land has a

capped well which would need further inspection and development.
