Big Bug Ranch



The Big Bug ranch is a picturesque ranch in the prime Yavapai county location of Prescott Arizona. The potential headquarters location is in the early stages of development, with the access road recently being graded and is accessible by truck and stock trailer. Several pads made for potential building sites and there is a very strong, newly drilled, well which is outfitted with a grundfos pump and 10,000 gallon metal storage. Panel corrals are currently in place for horses and a 20’ shipping container is being used as a saddle house and hay storage, materials have been transported to the Headquarters to further develop the barn and house and will convey with sale. Currently the manager of the ranch is living at this location in a 5th wheel.
