HH Spoonshine aka “Shiner” is a 2016’ AQHA sorrel gelding. If you’ve seen Yellowstone and you’ve been waiting to find a horse like the fancy ones showing off in the arena, but also need him safe and forgiving for a novice rider, this is YOUR guy! Shiner is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS and checks absolutely ALL the boxes! He is BROKE BROKE BROKE. He handles like the best of them, and is puppy dog gentle. He’s extremely kind and absolutely SAFE! He’s done just about everything in the book from roping to 4H and was started by reiner. He also has roped both ends and was exceptional on the heel side years ago! If you’re looking for as handy broke as they come AND safe, you really don’t want to miss this guy! It’s not often you come across something with this much talent, brains, looks that you can throw your grandma on! Shiner will take care of any rider and is calm cool and collected in any situation. He’s exceptionally easy to operate and moves off the slightest rein pressure. He’s not spooky in the slightest and has ZERO buck, bolt or rear. Anyone will be able to have an absolute BLAST on this guy! He makes it easy and all his fancy buttons are very user friendly and even a beginner will be able to pick his reins up and turn him around. Shiner has been an absolute barn favorite since he’s been here. He’s super friendly and kind and acts like a big dog! He has the best personality and only aims to please! He LOVES new adventures and will go absolutely anywhere you point him. We haven’t been on a more broke, civil, sane, gentle and SAFE gelding all year and this guy tops the chart for favorites we’ve ever had the pleasure to represent. We cannot say enough good things about this gelding and could go on for DAYS about him. He’s fancy, GORGEOUS, safe, gentle, kind, and just flat out easy all the way around. Shiner loads, leads, bathes, ties, and gets along with everyone and everything! He is UTD on teeth and feet and ready to go! He does require front end maintenance if you’re going to be using him hard, but is UTD on that and ready to go!
