Slipknot Livestock is looking for a ambitious individual , who is observant and takes initiative in their work . Must have some experience with riding ( long hours in the saddle) , roping ( head and healing & pasture doctoring ) and fixing fence . You’ll have to be able to work alone and with others . We do NOT want to have to babysit you but happy to teach if your willing to learn ! We aim to keep our operation clean and working well so you are expected to look after and clean your house, ranch truck and yard . This is a long term position, if you are a seasonal cowboy this isn’t the job for you . Family’s are welcome to apply , however this job is for one person. If your significant other is interested in helping and is handy enough then we can do some day working for them. We are looking for someone who has good stockmenship , is hard working and reliable.
Slipknot Livestock’s aim is to run cattle in a regenerative way using conservation and some traditional practices. We utilize horses as much as possible , as well as cow camps in the summer and fall . If this is your vision as well , please send resumes to slipknotlivestock@gmail.com
