Started hauling as a head horse, ready to haul in the barrels. Super level headed guy, stays quiet and is a gentleman to handle on the ground. Stands 15.1, 1100lbs. Always turns heads, he’s a real class act. Prior to me buying him he’s been ranched on, hunted on, packed elk and heeled on. Only selling because my family dynamics changed this past year and roping is on the backburner now. I’ve had some pro guys ride him, they have really liked him and say I’m a fool to let him go, he’ll be hard to replace! He’s probably not top Open caliber, but dang sure a good ride. Just needed the finishing touches and maturity that comes with age. While he’s generally calm, he may get a bit tight or fresh on rare occasion, I think its due to my inconsistent riding schedule and having him in small stall and too good of feed for a colt! Scar on hind left leg, I was told he rolled into a panel at 3 years old, vet stitched him up. I have not had any soundness problems or health issues with him and I’ve owned him over a year and a half. No problem to keep him while you get transport arranged.
