Shootin WR, Aka Guido, is one of our absolute favorites. He is the big-hearted goofball that melt the hearts of everyone that steps in our barn! Standing at 14.2 hands tall and is just as wide, he has a certain look and presence to him that gets you noticed anywhere you take him.

This is the kind of horse that anyone in the family can enjoy one day and the next he can go to work doing the daily ranch duties, and the day after that he’s the one you will take to town and show off at the horse show!

This one-of-a-kind gelding is as gentle as they come and handles time off like a pro. Guido has worked countless hours at feed yards and sale barns and is super dependable and cowy. He is put together the correct way, making him an investment that will last.

Guido is jam-packed with ability that will take him far in any direction you choose. This horse has a larger than life personality and a fantastic work ethic. He has flawless spins, a big stop and is soft in the face with great body control. Guido also has a curbside mount, allowing anyone to mount him from anywhere!

He has been trail ridden by our 7-year-old daughter through the Palo Duro Canyons and is sure-footed no matter the terrain. I would trust this horse with anyone, he is always kind and easy going. Guido crosses water, logs, bridges and has been ridden around loud machinery and cars. There’s no wrong way to ride him, if you can sit in the saddle and hold the reins Guido will take care of the rest.
