Description:
One bedroom one bathroom apartment available in Camden, Sc in exchange for approximately 15-20 hours per week of work. All utilities (water, power, washer, dryer, internet) included. Feeding 5 horses 6 days a week AM and PM, mowing, general maintenance. Horses live out so no stall cleaning except for very rare occasions, just picking two run in sheds and dragging fields. Applicant needs to have their own vehicle, and a job to support themselves. This job is perfect for a single person or couple. Must be responsible and reliable. Feeding times and other work times are flexible. Position is unpaid but you get a free place to live. Apartment can be furnished or unfurnished. Potential to bring a horse and cat/dog. We are losing our beloved long term help (he bought a house) and want to find another individual to fill his shoes.
