*Huge covered and enclosed indoor arena with upper deck viewing and full men’s and women’s bathrooms with showers. The indoor arena is suitable for many disciplines and is currently set up for performance or dressage. In the past, it was actively used for roping and cow work. 72X192



*Outdoor arena #1- This arena is huge 200X300 and is equipped with a cattle Chute, an alley, holding pens, excellent drainage, and footing. The entire arena is enclosed with heavy welded 4" pipe. Again, this arena was previously used as such, but we typically have a jump course in it or at times a dressage court.



*Outdoor arena #2- This is a flat open sand arena where we have a ranch-type trails course setup. It is approximately 80x160



*Covered Round Pen with high solid walls and lighting.



*Multiple tack rooms and Tack Lockers



*2-bay heated Shower rack with hot and cold



*50 turnout paddocks and small pasture



*Office spaces and storage



*Event pavilion or guest space
