2015 Exiss Living Quarters/Stock Back



Have owned this trailer for 4 years. It has normal wear and tear inside the LQ. It has a dent on the nose from previous owner and one small dent on side door to stock area.



You can fit 5 head very comfortably the back. The mid tack has two doors. One drop down door/ramp. This mid tack is a game changer. It has been awesome. We had some professionally install LED light bars above each door if the tack room for saddling in the dark.

12 ft short wall, 16ft stock compartment, 8ft wide, almost 8ft tall, 40ft total length.



We turned the bunk bed above the couch into cabinet/shelf storage but it could easily turned back into bunk bed if needed. We took the bottom drawer out under the stove and added a "9 in 1 ninja foodie". It’s like an oven so we could make pizzas and cookies. It’s been vented well and has never made anything hot. We also added a butcher block that folds down for extra counter top space. We Installed a 32" tv up by the bed. It’s also has a brand new mattress. New radio installed also. The speakers outside don’t work as they just always seem to bounce until broken. The awning is a year old so still really new and in great shape. We just installed a new toilet this spring. New thermostat.The gray tank does leak a little. It has a couple new tires on it and the bearings were packed this spring also. Has the double hydraulic jacks which are super nice. New battery for the jacks. Plumbing works well. As plastic fittings broke we have always replaced with better brass fittings. Reason we are selling is we just aren’t using it as much with new job.

We are asking $53,000

Would look at trading for atleast a 20ft stock trailer with tack room. Would like something in value to $20,000

Trailer is located in Glenn’s Ferry Idaho and ready to go down the road!
