Description:
We’re looking to hire at our cow-calf operation in Montana’s Boulder Valley. Great neighbors, great cattle, great pasture—come work in the Last Best Place.



We’re a family-owned, family-friendly operation. There are excellent schools in the area, as well as good hunting and fishing. Housing will be available.



We’ve had the same awesome foreman for over 30 years. There is the potential for promotion for the right person.



We use flood, line, and pivot irrigation, and put our Black Angus cattle into the mountains for the summer via horseback.



Cow-calf and farming experience required. You should be good at fixing stuff, and electrical knowledge wouldn’t hurt either. Openness to regenerative ag and low-stress cattle handling techniques would be nice, but not required as those are ideas for down the line.



Pay depending on experience, with annual bonuses for good performance. You’ll have the ability and encouragement to raise your own small herd, too.



The timing might not be ideal for some folks, but if you feel like it could be a fit, let’s talk. This is a dream job for the right person.
