Description:
Grasshopper is a 7 year-old registered AQHA sorrel gelding that I have owned he was 3. He stands at 15.1 hands and weighs approximately 1050 lbs. He is an excellent horse to ride trails or check pastures, and likely would be well-suited for competitions such as penning / sorting, ranch riding, or western pleasure. He is a push-style horse with a smooth long trot and will not break into a lope unless the rider asks for it. He moves nicely off of leg pressure and neck rein. He is not spooky when out riding and you can shoot a gun off his back no problem. He has been hauled frequently, trailer loads and unloads willingly, and is an easy keeper in a stall or pen while on the road. He wears shoes all around and is up to date on Coggins, vaccination, and float as of April 2024.
