Vera Earl Ranch Fencing Position



The Vera Earl Ranch in Southern Arizona is a fast paced, diversified cattle operation. We are looking to hire someone for our fencing needs. Although the position will be used for some cowboy work, this is NOT a cowboy riding job.



JOB DUTIES:

Drive around the ranches, checking fences, gates, fixing, and building various fencing projects that are needed.

Planning: certain projects needs and preferences, and providing cost and time estimates

Measuring: Laying out fence lines and marking the installation area.

Preparing: Gathering information about the site, such as the location of any gas, water, or electric lines

Installing: Digging trenches and post holes, setting posts, and installing fence panels, gates, and other barriers

Maintaining: Repairing and maintaining existing fences and gates



REQUIREMENTS:

Clean driving/criminal record

Heavy lifting

Ability to work alone and unsupervised

Self Starter



Benefits:

It is salary paid position.

Housing is available.

Work truck is provided.

Healthcare, following a 90 day probation period.
