We’ve enjoyed every minute of owning this horse the last 3 years and are proud to offer him at the League of Legends!

We have shown Gato in about every class you can think of and he has been rock solid every time. Gato has an easy lead change, a beautiful extended trot and lope, flawless spins and big deep stop. This genuine gelding is a great mover, has an easy smooth cadence in all of his gaits and a perfect lead departure. Gato has a lot of rate in his circles and is happy to go as slow as his rider cues him to.

Gato has been steer-stopped and heeled on, not to mention he’s had countless amounts of cattle doctored on him outside. He has been used for many early morning shippings as well as sorting pairs and branding calves. He travels out alone or in a group like the gentleman he is and crosses every type of terrain imaginable. To top it all off Gato has the most inquisitive and fun personality I’ve seen! He is a true gentleman on the ground, standing for hours for our little girl to brush and braid his mane and tail. This is the horse that craves attention. He will meet you at the gate every day, stick his head in the halter and be ready for whatever adventure you have planned.

Gato has also been shot off of extensively and just like everything else, he took it like a pro from day one! Wait there’s more! Gato has also been trained to curbside mount making him a breeze for any rider to climb aboard and go enjoy! Our little girl frequently grabs him out of the pasture and gets him to curbside mount to the fence so she can crawl in bareback and go for a fun little ride!
