12y/o grade all-around gelding



Purchased as a green-broke 3y/o and I have used him as my go-to day working/show horse since then. Stands about 15.1 and stout-built.



Super well-minded, all-around good-mannered horse and hasn’t given me (or anyone else who has ridden him) any trouble or developed any bad habits, whether it is on the ground or in the saddle. Gets along with every other horse he has been around as well. Loads well, stands for farrier, easy to catch, loves baths, and has gone barefoot his entire life with no issue. Rides just fine alone with older kids or being ponied for the younger kids. Has never had any health issues/injuries to my knowledge and is being sold as sound.



He has been great in all aspects of ranch work, from gathering large pastures to sorting and pen work. He hasn’t been roped off of much but has been exposed to it and shows potential in it. Pretty easy-going but has no issue getting into high gear to cover ground. Light in the mouth and does just fine in a snaffle. Has spent weeks on pasture and goes straight back to work without needing to be tuned up again.



I only got to show him briefly through high school, but he has won a handful of buckles in stock horse events, and excelled in stock horse trail and ranch sorting especially. I would love to see him go back into the show ring in 4-H, SHOT, etc… if possible.



He has been a great horse for me, but I am looking to trade in for a newer model that i can train.
