(Pronounced Bee-Yorn)The biggest snuggliest teddy bear horse that has ever graced the hallways of our barn. People who think that horses don’t feel love; have never met Björn. He is the most affectionate and kind hearted horse you will ever meet. He’s a total sweetheart and prefers the attention of his human friends, than that of his fellow equines. He will lower his big head right into your lap and just enjoy every little caress you are willing to give. He’s a love bug. Excellent stall manners, as well as turnout. Björn is the perfect age, 9 years old. He stands 15.2 hands, and is built super sturdy and strong. He can carry any size rider with ease, so ladies who have been trying to find that perfect husband horse?- well, you know what to do. Björn carries himself so beautifully and dignified. He has such class and style. Be ready to see heads turning everywhere you go. His gorgeous coat with striking dapples, gleams in the sun. Jaws will drop when you ride past. Björn is easy and user friendly to ride. His quiet and gentle nature will put you at ease in the saddle. You can ride him on a big loose draped rein, or gather them up and ride him more direct if you prefer. He has really comfortable smooth gaits. A beautiful extended trot, and then he will slow back down as you please. His lope is floaty, and feels like a rocking chair. He is such a beautiful mover. His favorite speed is slow, he’s more whoa than go, which makes him ideal for someone who wants to take it easy and soak in the sights and sounds of a pleasant trail ride. However, if you need to call on him for a job, whether it’s pasture roping a calf to gathering cattle or dragging one to the branding fire, Björn is your man, and he is more than capable. He’s responsive and willing. Be sure to watch his video to see how well rounded he is!! This is the kind of horse who takes care of his rider, my kids and I are proof of that. Björn safely carried me through my last pregnancy, when I needed to take a little ride to clear my mind. My boys have thoroughly enjoyed riding our gentle giant, and the peace of mind I’ve had- knowing that he is trustworthy and reliable, is priceless. In Björn, you are getting an honest partner, with killer good looks to boot. He will always be beautiful, and buckskins never go out of style. He is my favorite horse to trail ride. I kind of like the attention he gets, always being the prettiest horse there, too. We’ve done so much with this big guy. Introducing new things to him comes easy, he has a curious nature and is interested in life around him. You can tell he is a smart horse. He was happy to pull the sled for all the kids in the snow, and was the star of the show at our local Christmas parade back in the winter. of course he didn’t bat an eye at the things everyone else’s horses were pretty sure were going to eat them; fire trucks, waving banners, crazy noise and candy flying across the road! The “ooooohs” and “aaaahs” were coming from everywhere as bystanders observed this magnificent horse, Björn, who looks to be straight out of a fairy tale, walking by with his neck arched beautifully, giving a proud yet gentle look. This is the kind of gelding that people search high and low for. They don’t come around often, and when they do/ they don’t look like this one. He checks every box I can think of and quite frankly, I am not sure how you put a price on a horse like him. I’ve been begged to offer him privately by so many/ and though it’s taken as a compliment, we do want to include everyone, so we feel the most fair way to offer him to everyone interested is via the bidding platform. Athleticism, intelligence, kindness, bravery, strength and beauty all wrapped up in a big buckskin teddy bear. I feel that best describes Björn.
