Description:
Billy is a big, gentle, half draft gelding. He has been used for all aspects of ranch work. He has been lightly started on the head side in the arena and he has been pasture roped on. He is one of the most talented young geldings I have ever trained. He is so kind and willing. He will ride around like a quarter horse. Soft in the bridle, moves off your seat and legs and has a nice correct stop. He has a rocking chair lope, super smooth in all gaits and just floats across the ground with his movements. He is very gentle natured and takes everything in stride. He enjoys going down the trail at a nice easy stroll. He goes where he is pointed, no hassle at all. He will side pass to a mounting block for you to get on and he is also taught to lay down. Billy is absolutely one of my favorites that makes every ride so enjoyable.
