Description:
Charlie is 15.2 hh and 1350 lbs with no bumps or blemishes on him. Charlie is the guy that will meet you at the gate to get caught and he has a nice big soft eye. He stands tied well, good with his feet and saddles gentle and quiet. With all the general ranch work he has done, he loads good in the trailer, rides off by himself no problem and has no buck or bolt. He has been rode through the Cypress Hills country with rocks, bush and creeks. Charlie has been used for pasture roping, tying off and treating, along with roping the heal-o-matic in the arena. He has no fear of cattle when riding in a feedlot pen and expresses cowy-ness and works well for getting gates open and closed off of him. We have drug a calf sled with him as well as used a tarp on him. You could carry a flag with him in a grand entry at the rodeo if needed, with the way he doesn’t let tarps bother him at all. Charlie is the deluxe ranch or pleasure horse, with the potential to excel in the roping arena or sorting pen. Sells as is.
