Remi is simply charming! With his high class looks, kind demeanor, and friendly personality you can’t help but fall in love with him the first time you meet him. Remi is my favorite to go catch for a relaxing trail ride or to go gather the cattle up. He is always honest, safe, and the best partner a person can ask for! We have used him for a little bit of everything from pulling the kid around to using him on the ranch. He goes through the deep water, is sure footed in the rockiest terrain, over downfall and through the thickest brush you can find with ease to keep himself and rider safe. Remi isn’t a spooky horse; he doesn’t mind tarps, flags, wildlife, equipment or riding right by the highway. In the arena he lopes around on a loose rein, picking up both leads, smooth in all gaits and has a good steady walk outside. He has a true one hand neck rein, side passes, pivots around himself, and moves off leg pressure. Remi ropes both ends out of the box, pulls hard from the horn and is solid in the box with no funny business. We have used him on the ranch dragging calves at branding, sorting, loading out trucks and doctoring yearlings. Remi can run hard to cattle but when you’re done he walks out quietly and level headed. This is an outstanding gelding at only 8 years old we trust our 3 year old boy to be around him, ride him, brush him, Remi just loves all the attention. He stands 15.1H has great conformation and is just gorgeous. Remi stands for a mounting block or for you to get on from the ground. He stand perfect for the farrier, to be bathed, stands tied without a fuss, loads right up in the trailer and backs out. There isn’t a bad thing I can say about him.
