Young family looking for a career position on cattle operation in Nevada, Arizona, or New Mexico.

Early 30’s with two small children.

Experience includes running a crew, overseeing all day to day operations for a large cow/calf herd, as well as handling large groups of cattle alone. Skills include moving cows on large remote desert allotments, catching & loading wild cattle, doctoring horseback, heifer calving, feedlot, grazing management, welding, fencing, equipment operation, haying, livestock water systems, & starting young horses.

Wife can day work, rope, cook, & keep books/records.

We work mostly horseback but also enjoy variety and learning new skills.

We have lived in remote settings for the last 10+ years and are seeking a camp type job. We are honest & hard working self starters looking for some independence. Work well with a crew or alone.

Most importantly, we are seeking a family oriented outfit. Involving our kids in the lifestyle is crucial for us.

Looking for a company that can provide insurance (or willingness to pay our health share premium), beef, family housing, company pickup, & allow us to bring personal horses (mares too) & working dogs.
