Description:
Handy is a registered AQHA gelding that is best described as a gentle athlete. He has a nice handle on him and travels super smooth. He’s had a little bit of everything done on him from barrels to roping, trails and ranch work. At age 5, he’s not finished but has a nice start on him. He’s has the brains and talent to be someone’s superstar.

Handy is owned by a friend of mine who takes great pride in her horses well being and care. He’s up to date on everything. She adores him and would like to see someone go on with him to finish him out and enjoy this sweet gelding to his fullest potential. The barrel trainer said he’s about 30 days from being hauled.

This horse has seen all the sights from being hauled to many new places! He’s great in traffic, he’s been around the roping pen and a loud crowd and keeps his head on straight when he’s taken out to new places.

Handy hauls nice, bathes, shoes and is easy to ride. Nice solid feet can do with or without shoes. He’s friendly and easy to catch.

As you watch the video, you’ll notice in some of the clips he’s darker and more filled out. Those are the current clips taken just a couple days ago. The other footage was done earlier this year when he was in his turn out clothes. Now that he’s up in the barn, he’s blooming and has a rich, almost black shiny color to him. He’s still filling out as he was slower to mature and will be even more wow at 6!
