Description:
I’d like to introduce you to Golden Nugget or as we like to call him Nugget. He is a a beautiful dark palomino Gelding with a beautiful mane and tail. Nugget stands about 15 hands tall. He is a nice boned horse that’s made to last. Nugget has been used as a trail horse on overnight camping trips and day rides. He is great in a group or out alone. He goes over rough terrain with ease and is level headed. Nugget isn’t easily spooked and very smart and fast learner. Nugget has also been used in the arena, fun day shows, and pushed cattle through the field. Nugget is sensible and will give his best try at anything you throw at him. He has a nice smooth trot and smooth easy slow lope. He is nice and responsive. Will side pass and has a decent neck rein, or a two hand direct rein. He will stand relaxed when you want him to, no dancing and prancing around. On the ground nugget has great manners. He is easy to saddle, bridle, brush and bath, and lead He loads perfectly, and stands tied quietly, cross tied or standing tied regular. No pawing or funny business. Nugget is currently shod on all 4 feet and stands great for the farrier, and has nice feet with no issues. He has one small scar on the front of his back leg. It’s been checked out and causes no issues. He is an easy keeper and doesn’t require any special needs or supplements. Nugget is a sweetheart and loves attention but isn’t pushy, he’s very respectful. He is currently up to date on Coggins and rabies vaccination, and worming. He has no vices and is sound and sane.
