Description:
We are a family-owned farm/ranch and registered angus seed stock operation located in northern Colorado. We are seeking a self-motivated and dependable individual to join our team, to assist with mechanic work, farming and cattle.



Tasks include: Basic vehicle and farm equipment repairs and maintenance; Ability to operate farm equipment and semi-trucks; Assist at times with cattle work.



Skills required:

-Excellent organization, time management and communication skills

-Ability to work alone and follow protocols

-Ability to work outdoors, in all types of weather at times (heated mechanic shop)

-Ability to change oil, grease, general maintenance on farm and ranch vehicles and equipment.

-At times might be needed to assist with fence repair, feeding, cattle sorting and processing, help with calving and our yearly production sale

-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

-Drug free environment

-Drug testing/background check upon hiring



Compensation

-Full-time: salary paid position (pay dependent on experience)

-Housing and utilities provided

-Paid vacation after probationary period

-Half of beef

-Ranch vehicle provided
