Description:
Smokey is a saint of gelding that would be suitable for just about any level of rider. He is a true one hand broke with a big stop. He is easy to ride and get along with. Smokey is an all around gelding that has done just about everything from everyday ranch work; pasture roping and doctoring yearlings, sorting pairs, and gathering out in rough country. Smokey trail rides great and goes where you point him. He goes over obstacles, through water, traffic safe, and open/close gates on him. He stands tied to be brushed, bathed, saddled, bridled, farrier, etc. He stands 14.3hh and is 10 years old. He is grade. Smokey has roped the sled and could easily go on with in the box. Smokey has good ground manners and easy to load. He is low man on the totem pole and is no nonsense with other horses. Smokey will go all day and been used to check miles of fences.
