Description:
Highlight Alert!!! We have come to offer you the impossible. The one horse that everyone is searching high and low for. The true needle in a haystack, aren’t sure if they actually exist kind of horse. I’m well aware-everyone has their various claims about each horse in the online auction, however, I feel like we can confidently say- we have THE safest, most well mannered, not to mention, most GORGEOUS mare on the market today. Queen Elsa is truly one in a million, and we may never have the opportunity to offer such a nice mare again.

You can diligently seek out every online auction, or drive the wheels off of your truck looking for one like her, and still won’t come close. So without further ado, we are so extremely excited to introduce Queen Elsa!! (Registered AQHA name: Autums Gray)

The perfect age of 10 years old, standing 15.hh, and she has the most striking dappled grey coat I have ever seen. Even more beautiful in person!

This very special mare is a pleasure and joy to be around in every aspect. She has superb ground manners, great in the stall or easy to catch out in the big pasture. She will drop her head into your halter and happily follow wherever you lead. She is not “marish” at all. In fact, she’s easier than some of our geldings!

She stands patiently for grooming and tacking up, for the vet, farrier or a bath, etc. She loves being pampered, and enjoys all of the little kids petting her neck and planting kisses on her nose.

Elsa is very easy to ride. She will adapt easily to whoever is on her back, so even if you have limited experience, she is user friendly. I LOVE how safe and sure she is. In fact, I’ve spent the past 9 months pregnant, and Queen Elsa was one of the very few horses that I felt safe enough on to still enjoy an occasional ride while carrying our precious cargo. The peace of mind, knowing you can count on and trust her, is absolutely priceless. When our friend (in his 70’s) who hasn’t ridden for 20+ years asked to come ride, Elsa is the one who was chosen to give him a safe and enjoyable time.

This dazzling grey mare has proven herself over the past 8 months that we’ve been able to own her, as a SAFE beginner horse, as well as to step up and enjoy for an experienced rider. Timid rider? No problem- She has confidence and an easy soft pace that will help you grow and enjoy the experience.

She rides out alone quietly, and in a group setting she will ride in the front, rear or anywhere in the middle with no complaint. I cannot stress enough, how well mannered this mare is and has been the duration of the time we’ve had her. She’s proven herself over and over again, and that’s speaks volumes. Even with time off, she remains consistent.

She will go wherever she’s asked, up steep banks, through creeks and mud, over logs or even through rough terrain where there is no trail, she does it all with a sweet and willing attitude. She has a nice handle, moves off leg, slow spin, smooth trot and lope, responsive stop and reverse. She’s fancy- or you can ride her just point and shoot style- whatever you like.

We’ve taken her overnight horse camping, ridden her in our Christmas parade (loud sirens, flashing lights, crazy chaos) and nothing phases her.

So many people ask me where those “unflappable” horses are, that they can put their sisters boyfriends cousins grandma on, and not have to worry about them spooking or running off! Elsa is the one.

Our kids and their cousins enjoy roaming around the farm on her, she doesn’t mind traffic, dogs or flags, other farm animals, tarps or anything else that we’ve come across. She’s pushed cattle around and stands patiently while the kids play cowboy and rope the roping dummy.

Whoever buys Queen Elsa will be so happy with their investment.

No vices or bad habits, 100% sound and healthy.

If you came to Horsebid looking for the safest, most dependable, same ride every time, as well as extreme eye appeal- Queen Elsa is the horse for you.

She sells with a clean bill of health/Pre Purchase Exam from Todd County Vet/ Equine Veterinarian, John Laster DVM. Exam was completed 3-19-24.

Exam paperwork included with pictures or it can also be emailed to you or your vet.
