Description:
Two Bar Ranches is seeking a motivated, self starting, and responsible individual/couple, that is willing and able to do all aspects of ranching. The ideal candidates would be knowledgeable in identifying and treating sick cattle, all aspects of calving, be an competent horseman, embrace low stress stock handling, and comfortable with occasional farming responsibilities. This is not a full time horseback job, but horses are used daily. ATVs and UTVs are utilized as well. A high level of stockmanship is highly sought after, but we are willing to teach the right candidates. This position requires both working alone and as a team.

Two Bar Ranches is a large ranching operation in Western Nebraska. We are very progressive and modern in our values, however, cowboy traditions are very important to us. Our cow heard is the heart and soul of our operation. We are a family owned, hands on ownership/management ranch. My wife and I embrace a western way of life and are excited to add another member to our ranch family.

This job will include comparable pay according to experience and a pickup and house with some utilities paid. Our headquarters is 8 miles from a great school with bus service and 20 miles from the nearest Walmart/Target.
