Description:
Yearling and cow-calf operation is seeking an experienced individual to join our team to assist with management of several thousand yearlings and cows. This is a do-it-all job that requires a range of skills – including competence horseback with a rope, mechanical aptitude, nutrition, irrigation, and the capacity to manage complex inventory, forage resources and herd health in multiple locations.

We operate on the edge of the SF Bay Area, with traffic, public recreation and a regulatory environment that demand a high level of attentiveness and rapid problem solving. The location is not everyone’s cup of tea but for the right person it provides a unique blend of urban amenities and rural open space, as well as a number of moving parts that are a worthy challenge.

This is a unique position with a substantial amount of responsibility and limited day-to-day oversight from ownership.

We are always seeking to learn and improve and would welcome a like-minded individual to join our team and help grow and shape our program.

*We filled the split NV/CA position and are looking for a full time, year-round person for CA.
