Willie is a 9 year old John mule. He is 14 and gentle. Willie has been used extensively in our outfitting business in the remote backcountry country of New Mexico. He is a great mule that will go anywhere he is asked. He is sure footed in even the roughest terrain. He crosses water and downfall without any problems. Willie has safely carried many inexperienced riders to and from our remote hunting camps. He has been high lined and hobbled at camp. He will pack wild game and supplies. Willie has a nice smooth walk and trot. He neck reins, stops on a dime and is easy to handle. He is friendly, easy to catch and hauls great. Willie has good feet and is easy to shoe. He isn’t ear shy and stands patiently when asked. We have hauled this mule all over the country and done just about everything on him. We have used him around our ranch for light ranch work. He will help gather big pastures of horses and check fence. He is a great mule, trustworthy and fun to ride. Willie would make anyone a great trail mule.
