He is a Rockstar whether you are riding him down the trails, in the arena or out getting a job done on the ranch! Down the trails he rides out with confidence. He has total confidence crossing bridges, water, the thickest brush or the rockiest terrain. He goes everywhere you point him without hesitation. Ride him out alone or in a group he doesn’t mind. Rockstar has a true one hand neck rein, moves off leg pressure and works a gate with ease. We have taken him out roping cattle in the pasture from the sunniest day to the coldest day with pouring rain and he is always an honest partner and one of the first ones either of us will grab. If you have a lot of ground to cover he walks out at the perfect pace and just glides at an extended jog that you could ride all day. Rockstar has a rocking chair lope that is comfortable ride and that everyone is looking for. Out in the pasture he is easy to catch or if you have him in a stall, he has the most perfect manners in there as well. Our little boy loves to brush and love on Rockstar as he always puts his head down to say hi. Rockstar is sired by the legendary 6666 stallion "Rockin W" NCHA open futurity champion and LTE of $329,722. His dam is also a daughter of great 6666 stallion Tanquery Gin. His pedigree is loaded with champions! To top it off Rockstar was born and raised on the 6666 ranch and he proudly carries their ranch brands.
