Joey, as we call him, has more shape and size than you could ever imagine. He stands 15.1 hands, weighs 1375# and has the most loving personality you could ask for. Born, bred and raised by a good family friend right here in SE Minnesota. We acquired him as a two year and boy has it ever been fun riding, training and watching him grow into this handsome mature gelding. Joey comes from a pedigree that is known in the area for their size, build, versatility and most importantly “Always Gentle” demeanor. He is the first to meet you at the gate, stands well to brush, bathe, clip and saddle. We have ridden Joey many miles outside where he handles everything in stride. He rides well in the arena too, where he is soft and supple. He takes his leads on cue, has a very smooth lope, and rolls over his hocks swiftly. We have ponied colts, roped some slow steers on him, and the heelomatic. Joey does not have a mean hair on his body and is one Gorgeous, talented gelding.
