We recognize that the best team will work together across businesses to achieve our goals.We aim to promote Western traditions and stewardship through our livestock business and outfitting operation. **Considering the following values of the ranch** -safety -integrity (straight talk now) -ride for the brand -good stockmanship -be a good neighbor -stewardship The ideal candidate is one who has experience of guest services, equine management, and great leadership with people. They should want to continue to be in the field with our guides while balancing planning the logistics, marketing, and operations of our outfitting services. We have capable, experienced, and excellent guides who have been with the ranch for several years, we want them to have an excellent leader to grow and enhance this business with them. Furthermore, we have an overall ranch team that is looking for the right team. -Maintain and lead a crew to help guide, cook, and run the outfitting and guest side of our operations. -Part of running a crew includes conducting periodical reviews and check-ins with employees where they are given feedback and they have the opportunity to give feedback themselves. -Trips and experiences include: day rides, overnight trips, pack trips, cowboy experience days, ride and fish trips, hunting, snowmobile tours, sleighride tours, ranch tours. -Aim for excellence and consistency in client experiences while dialing in on our experiences. Continue to build our standard operating procedures -Manage the horse herd to maintain a safe and healthy herd of horses that demonstrate our values as the Little Jennie Ranch -Buying and selling horses as needed -Planning for the feed, nutritional, and health needs -Help build up our hunting business and operation -Build our client relationships and repeat guest business -Contribute to our marketing with an emphasis on sales and inquiry conversions→ sales -Maintain equipment and create systems for checking all equipment consistently and performing maintenance on a schedule throughout the year (equipment entails vehicles being used by the outfitting operation consistently, snowmobiles, wagons, tools, tack, tents, and general gear for the business) -Build a budget and allocate expenses appropriately with our office manager/ bookkeeper.
