Tequila is the whole package that defines a versatile horse; from the ranch riding pen sorting horse to trail riding at 4 years old, she has her entire life ahead of her. Tequila has a solid foundation in the arena where she will move off your seat and legs perfectly. She has excellent lead departures, a nice side pass, and is good with the logs, drags, bridge, and other trail obstacles. She has a slow, smooth, rocking chair lope and cute little jog. We have started her in the sorting pen, and she has everything to make a top ranch sorting horse. Tequila is the type of horse that always shows up and wants to work with you, no matter what you are doing. She is very adaptable and could go in many directions. She is a pretty mover, naturally level-headed, with a ton of eye appeal and presence. You can’t walk by her and not take a second glance. Tequila is a trail-riding machine. She’s as brave and confident outside as any horse and rides excellent alone or is good in a group. There isn’t anywhere she won’t go. Through the mud, water, brush, and rocks, point and go; she won’t hesitate or say no. Tequila will stand for the farrier, vet, and clipping. She has excellent ground manners and will tie anywhere without throwing a fuss. She loves getting attention and being groomed and pampered.
