Hippie is a grade quarter horse pony, standing at 12.2 HH. He is as wide as any of the big horses weighing over 750 lbs. Hippie is an 11 year old sorrel gelding with lots of chrome. He comes complete with 4 white socks, a blaze face, and lots of roan and white all over his body. Hippies mane and tail as as thick as they come. Hippie as been rode all over the Rocky Mountains hunting black bears and mountain lions. He is sure footed through rocky and thick terrain, and a safe mount on trails. He doesn’t mind hound dogs at his feet. Hippie has been started in the following events: goats, breakaway, barrels, pole bending, and team roping on the heel side. He can also be the best partner on the ranch dragging calves to the fire! His sole trainer is Easton, at 12 years old. He’s owned Hippie for 4 years! His little sister can ride Hippie without any trouble! He is safe for any level, but is best suited for a punchy kid that wants to go to work with his/her parents on the ranch. Hippie is no stranger to a long 12 hour day of work! He is confident in the lead or following. Easton has led many pack strings with Hippie out of the Colorado high country!
