Selling our outfitting business in the Panhandle of Idaho. Units 7, 9 and 10. The areas/units are in the St. Joe River and the Sherlock areas respectfully. The business includes multiple camp areas, stock, and a wide range of Inventory... too much to list here, but available upon request. We hunt elk, deer, bear, cougar and wolf in our area. We have elk tags allotted to us each year as well. Bear, cougars and wolf tags are over the counter and always available. This outfitting business also has the potential to do horseback rides for pleasure or picture taking. To purchase this, you must be approved through the Idaho Forest Service... meaning you need to have some sort of experience or background in the outdoors. Such as running/guided in hunting, fishing, have done back pack rides, or have been a guide before, etc.
