I could go on for days about a horse like this! He’s my go to. He’s reliable. He’s the one I grab for any situation. He’s Juan In a Million. 2014 model sorrel gelding standing right at 15 hands and put together the way a horse should be. Heavy made, good footed, and big boned. Juan has been used extensively on the ranch. Sorting cattle, dragging calves, doctoring yearlings, working a gate, leading wild cattle- there’s not much he hasn’t done and he does it all really well. He stays level headed in those tight and quick situations and he won’t quit you. You can speed him up and slow him down like a fan on a switch. He doesn’t get hot headed or flustered. He’ll ride all day on a loose rein. Juan is extremely friendly. He’ll meet you at the gate. He will be your farriers favorite horse- he stands like a dream and has fantastic feet. He is easy to load and unload, saddles up quiet, and likes a bath. I really can’t say enough about this gelding.
