Description:
Lemon is a very sweet mare. We bought her on the 2023 Pitzer Spring Sale because we were looking for a safe and gentle family horse. The description we bought her on said “she knows a full day of ranch work and was previously an older gentleman’s main day working mount. She has been roped off of in the pen and is a trail rider deluxe. This mare will take care of her rider and herself.” She has been great for our family and exceeded our expectations! We hate to part with her. She has no buck and has handled lots of commotion like a champ. She handles a bull whip being cracked from her back and even a slip-n-slide draped over her!! She is a little stiff on a back leg but still has the ability to take care of beginner riders, trail riders, or even do moderate ranch work. 15.1HH. Willing to hold for 7 days after sale.
