Description:
My name is Chase Whisenant, I’m 20 years old from Dripping springs, Texas and currently a sophomore agriculture major at Texas A&M. I’m looking for any cattle ranching/ cowboy position that has a fit for me. I am totally ok with relocating out of state preferably out west, as long as there’s housing but a position here in Texas would also work fine. I have experience driving tractors,skid loaders and am proficient with a trailer. I’ve worked most weekends of my life managing 30-50 head on my grandfathers ranch in San Saba on four wheelers and tractors, putting out round bales, minor medicating and selling yearlings. I also have good experience fixing barbed wire fence. I have no previous horse experience which while, my biggest down fall is the one thing I’m the most eager to learn and ideally would like to ranch on horseback I also don’t own a horse. I would also be open to returning these next summers while I finish my degree. I have been outdoors all my life hunting and fishing mainly but want to really dive into the cattle and ranching industry and life style. I work well alone or with a team, don’t take criticism personal, am all ears to any teaching that comes my way. I just want learn all I can
