Price will depend upon size, type and quality of cattle.River front ranches in East Texas with good grass, water and pipe steel working pens. Year round deal with Hay purchase available for winter. We would be open to only grazing during growing season as well. We will prefer to contract to only one producer who can fully stock the pastures. Basic Term as Follows Provider agrees to provide basic care/maintenance of cattle and grazing barring any natural disaster (Example-Extreme Drought) Owner agrees to furnish the salt, mineral, hay and protein supplements as needed and to be fed as directed following a nutrition program organized by both parties. Provider will Provide (1) working/gathering of the cattle per calendar year. If additional workings are needed or required the owner will be responsible for the cost of any day labor. (Example- Calving 1st Calf Heifers, A.I Breeding, etc.) Owner Will be responsible for the cost of any Veterinary Costs and/or Vet Meds. (Example-Palpation Work, Bangs Vaccine, Dehorning etc.) All costs incurred by the Cattle will be the sole responsibility of the cattle owner. All Invoices will be charged on a monthly basis with Payments due on the 1st and Late on the 5th. A service charge of 1-½ % interest (18% Annual Finance Charge) will be charged on all Accounts 60 days past due. Cattle Will be Charged on a Per Grazing Day per Cow/Calf Unit agreed upon by both parties. Any calves reaching weaning age and/or weight will need to be weaned or organized into a backgrounding/preconditioning program. We can provide pre-condtioning services as well. Provider assumes no responsibility for death, sickness, disease, market fluctuations or any unforeseeable act of God. This agreement is on a Month to Month basis and can be canceled by either party at any time with a 60 Day notice. This is a per day custom grazing deal.
