Description:
SW Colorado ranch seeking full-time in-house manager for domestic housekeeping staff.

Duties include managing staff of approximately

5-7 employees, maintaining building interiors, providing domestic services to guests, and other duties as assigned.

Previous experience in housekeeping and/

or management preferred.

Candidates should possess the following skills:

detail oriented with strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, ability to multitask and interact with a wide range of individuals, inventory management

and electronic filing.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Salary range $45-55k, based on experience.

This is a non-exempt position; employee will be subject to Colorado Overtime Rules.

Potential for year-end bonus.

Benefits include health

insurance, paid time off, and

retirement contribution.
