16" Crates - Ranch/Rope Saddle

This saddle features a 16" hard seat, 4" cantle with rawhide trim, 14" swells, post horn, 4 new long leather ties, breast collar dee rings with a beautiful matching breast collar, rawhide wrapped stirrups, back cinch, new half-breed off billet, new roper front cinch, back cinch, new latigo, fleece is in great shape and weight is around 42 pounds rigged.

I’m a sucker for these Crates rigs. Especially, these older barn yard finds that are honest gold mines! This rig doesn’t have many miles on it, and I’d be amazed if it’s every seen a rope on the horn. These saddles are made to fit the rider and horse like a glove. And ride better than most custom saddles out there. This saddle has a beautiful saddle pocket that tucks you in. The 4" cantle and big 14" swells sit ya right and will keep ya in the saddle nicely. Just a dandy saddle for any time of ranching, roping, trail ridding, colt breaking, hunting, ect. I’d take a Crates saddle any day!
