At OSR, we call Cats Boonsmal… "Butters"

as he is a gorgeous 10 year old healthy Palomino Stud; raised "Montana tuff" and throws smart “horse-sense” palomino babies!

“Butters” has been trained as a strong ranch horse, but needs just a little re-socializing. We have had him on "stud duty" too long without riding him enough, as we are still short handed after Covid. He is a good daddy horse and gentle to his mares. His only bad habit is being a bit ”slippery” when it comes to catch him for a ride, hence his barn name “Butters”. However once in hand, he is a gentleman and loves to be fawned over. His foals sell like “butter running off pancakes”!

Cats Boonsmals would make a great addition to your pedigree stable, and with a little daily effort; once again be a really good ranch horse or the good beginner’s cutting horse he was. Like all our horses here, he has the “cowiness” you desire. Butters is not shy at the fence line and loves to have his picture taken. He was shown a number of times before Covid by a good trainer. The only thing better than butter is more “Butters”!
