Looking for a horse man, woman or couple ( with no children living with you), who have 3-4 horses to bring with them to take up residence in a newly renovated old-west style corral-side wrangler condo. In exchange for housing, utilities, a ranch side-by-side for your use and gas, feed/vet services for your horses, brand new, never-been-used-before horse barn with 5 stalls and tack room visible from your housing, and a stipend of $1200 per month, we ask for you to take care of your horses, and spend 1-2 hours a day feeding and caring for a handful of chickens, cows, goats and sheep. If there is calving during the year, assisting in that, and helping us understand nutritional needs, making sure that animal housing is adequate and functional, and bi-weekly/weekly mucking as part of the 1-2 hours. We would like to be able to help care for your horses on occasion, would appreciate mentorship in doing so, and occasional casual trail or corral riding (we have miles of horse trails on the property).



This could be a long term spot for you if it works well, with further opportunities down the line to collaborate in horse breeding business opportunities, etc.



We are in the Northwest Montana on several hundred acres of forest with grazing land, creeks and ponds, miles of horse trails on the property which has a perimiter fence, and surrounded on three sides by national forest with many horse trails.
