He was raised by our family ranch and is sired by one of my very favorite stallions. He is a BIG pretty gelding with a solid black foot on every corner, cinches deep, great back, keen headed, and well balanced. Deep bay roan color as a bonus with a long full mane creates a lot of eye appeal. Everywhere we take him someone is complimenting how pretty he is or wanting to know how he is bred, etc. Hank has a typical ranch horse resume as we feel they all benefit from a foundation of true work ethic, learning to make a living outside before they go on as a performance horse. He has put in the miles covering the country, moving cows, checking mineral, learning to cross the creeks and get through the rocks and brush. He has branded a few calves and been started in the arena roping the sled and slower steers. He is athletic enough to make a top head horse given the opportunity. He oozes cow smarts… has natural rate when roping and is extremely intelligent in how he reads a cow when sorting or working outside. Hank is a big traveler and one we all choose to ride if we have a lot of country to cover that day. He can trot strong as well as walk out nice, and he is comfortable in all gaits. Hank is just a coming 5 year old with a BIG future ahead. He truly has the physical ability and the willing disposition to succeed at about anything asked of him.
