Description:
My name is Rhett Carlisle, I am 18 years old and looking for a job at a cattle ranch. I am all in on the western lifestyle. I have worked at a horse boarding barn for a year now and became the barn supervisor. I have skills in multiple chores, I work hard and listen well. I can drive tractor, skid steer, telehandler, and 4 wheeler. I have a very concentrated but short amount of time with my horsemanship. I am about the level where I can teach green horses. I have dealt with many different horses (vetting, training, caretaking), but little experience with cattle but very invested to learn. I work well with others and best by myself. I have decent people skills, as my job at the barn required me to problem solve with boarders and staff. It is just me and my truck, I will sleep in there if I have too, just looking to work and gain experience at least over the summer. Willing to relocate anywhere. I did learn under legendary Dewayne Noel at Dry Creek Wrangler School in August/September 2023 where I improved my horsemanship. Thank you for your time.
