Poncho is a gentle 8 year old gelding that stands 14.1. He is good for any level of rider. Poncho is super broke, neck reins and handles easily. He has been used for all phases of ranch work including roping outside cattle, branding, sorting and doctoring. He has a good disposition and enjoys his job. He is very responsive and learns quickly. My kids have gathered big pastures of horses on him without any problems. We have used him in rough country for trail riding and hunting. He crosses water and downfall and doesn’t easily spook. He is good with his feet. Poncho is a good horse that never disappoints. He would make a good horse for a kid to learn to ranch on or anyone else looking for a good trustworthy ranch horse.
