Description:
Around 15.2hh. Joker is that flashy cowboy color and thick made with good solid bone. He’s mostly been used for guiding trails the last few seasons and he is a great trail horse! We’ve also used him to herd cattle and drive horses, and you can pony on him as well. Joker has a big motor, a lot of speed and absolutely no quit. He rides out alone great, and will ride with a group but prefers to be out front. He has a nice one-hand neck rein, will move off your legs and is a handy horse to ride around. Joker is not suited for a novice rider as he does have a lot of go and wants to get somewhere. He is the same horse with any amount of time off and won’t get fresh or cold backed. Ride him barebacked or saddled. You can ride him in a halter, bridle or bosal. He is a perfect gentleman to handle on the ground. Great for the farrier. He bathes, loads, and hauls great. Toss him into any herd and he’ll get along without causing trouble. Joker does have an old cosmetic scar on his right front coronet that extends down the hoof, but he’s always been sound and it has never effected his ability to carry and hold a shoe. He also has an old scar on his tongue that healed crooked and causes his tongue to stick out some. Again, just cosmetic, it does not affect his ability to eat or carry a bit. No spook, buck, bite or funny business and he is utd on worming and vaccinations.
